Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide! All orders are delivered within 7–14 business days, no matter where you are. Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shopzenvylite.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement at no charge.
