We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@shopzenvylite.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products can still be returned under our satisfaction guarantee. However, items purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refund.
